Heidi has worked in the automotive sector for over 30 years and has witnessed tremendous changes within the industry. Having spent many years as a Director of Human Resources at Magna International, she has a deep understanding of the ongoing challenges that both employers and employees face in manufacturing environments. Alongside that, she recognizes the many opportunities available to them individually and collectively.


The co-relation between successful organizations and an engaged, motivated workforce cannot be overstated. Through many years of providing training and development to all levels of the workforce, it became evident that there are many talented employees who are simply in a job that is wrong for them. Establishing her own recruiting company was a natural progression for Heidi. She is passionate about people and is widely recognized for her ability to connect with and inspire others and to build strong, long-lasting relationships. Her mission is to work with organizations to find the right talent, and to work with people to enhance their professional and personal success!
